Ruchika Garodia is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) & is semi qualified Actuaries with Institute & Faculty of Actuaries, UK with vast knowledge of Audits, Statutory Compliances, Domestic and International Taxation.

She has worked with professionally managed corporates in capacity as a consultant. She has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas. She has helped many organisations to set up business in India and operating it smoothly.

Ruchika along with her team have assisted many Indian and Overseas companies in completing paperwork, getting necessary approvals, paying taxes, necessary filings and much more.

Ankita Singh Rawat

Ankita Singh is a qualified CMA Intermediate professional with extensive experience working with professionally managed corporations, particularly in a consulting capacity. She has a proven track record of handling corporate affairs across various sectors, specializing in NGO and Private Limited company operations. 

Ankita has assisted numerous organizations in setting up and smoothly operating their businesses in India, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing financial processes. Her expertise spans areas such as registration filing, GST-related work, and bookkeeping with Tally and Excel, making her a trusted partner for businesses seeking to navigate complex financial and compliance landscapes.

Puja Agarwal

CS PUJA is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also a post Graduate in the fields of Business Management. “Self-belief is the catalyst for spectacular achievement.” With this guiding principle, she jumped into the practical world and started her own Practice in the field of law, aiming to become an independent professional serving various companies, including listed, unlisted, private limited companies, and other organisations. She is always prepared to take up any challenges that may come across from different industries and strive to give the best to the client companies. 

She possessed over 8 years of post-qualification experience in the fields of Secretarial and Legal matters for various companies. She have Exposure in Handling Public, Rights issues, Conducting AGMs, EGMs, Board Meeting, Secretarial Audits, and Financial Audits, well versed with Statutory Compliance under SEBI Regulations, Stock Exchange Listing Agreements, FEMA, RBI, ESI, PF, Company Law and other related acts. Her focus areas are Financial Regulations, Company Law, and Strategic Management and Compliance which plays an important role in the financial services sector .
